Private Label Process
Private label gummy supplements are manufactured into following parts: Labels Designing, Research & Development Technical Services, Sampling, Production, Quality Control Laboratory Services.
Label Designing Part:
A dedicated experienced designer team will provide a set of OEM labels design catering for customers brand image building such as packing design and logo design upon request.
Research & Development Technical Services:
Every product is unique and has its own set of characteristics that need to be evaluated. It is essential to have our staff in the beginning of the process for product development. Our team’s approach is meticulous, and each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.
PAG R&D department work on clients’ demands, we have the database with more than 1000 formulas with different series and functions. We have 8 product managers working on formulations.
Sampling Part:
Based on the intended formula asked by clients, the sampling department will do samples, usually requiring 7 to 14 working days to proceed. The sampling department from PAG provides the evaluation of sampling costs depending on the complexity of the formulation. However, PAG decides to offer free charged samples to our customers in most of cases.
Production Part:
The basic daily output for gummy is 70 tons, and the workshop is classified as nutritional supplements production workshop with 30W clean workshop. Each position has its own dedicated SOPs that give workers regular training to reduce possible mistakes at work. There are two rubber-dissolving tanks of the tonnage level. 8 drying rooms, 2 fully automatic charge pressing machines, the mold applied is starch mold and steel mold, which are pure, natural ,pollution-free, and can be recycled. PAG fully implement with the national emission reduction production requirements. Gummy packaging is currently available in large packages, generally 1kg a bag, and there are also bottles, generally 60 counts per a bottle, but also according to the needs of customers to change the amount of packaging and so on.

Can we arrange a factory tour now?
You are warmly welcomed to visit our factories. PAG’s customer service center is in Shenzhen, China, located in the warm southern area of China, very close to Hongkong. It takes 2 hours flight to our factory in China. We have specialists can guide you to do factory tour in China.
If you’d like to visit the Germany facility and USA facility, we will arrange it too.
What is your MOQ?
For gummy product, the MOQ is 1000kgs based on the formulas.
What is the delivery time for powder product?
Product time is usually 30-45 days. For pectin gummy, PAG suggests shipping in normal LCL or containers. However, if the temperature is higher than 35 ℃ before shipping, or in transit, or at the destination, please ship in temperature-controlled container or by air.
Can you make samples? do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we can. We can make the samples accordingly to the formula, color and flavor demand.
Most time the samples are free, and customers pay for shipping fee to their addresses.
Can I provide my own formula?
Yes, you can. PAG R&D and product manager will work on your own formula and make it into final product.
Do you provide drop shipping services?
No, we don’t have this service yet.
What are your payment terms?

If I have no logo and no label, can you help me to design one?
Yes, we can. We have a dedicated designer team to do it.
What if there is product quality complains?
We have a thorough complaint feedback procedure in place, and if there is a quality issue, we will take the responsibility.
Do you ever have product recall?
For gummy product, we don’t have product recall yet.
Do you have price advantage?
Yes, we do. As most raw materials are from China, and we have good cooperation with most of raw material suppliers. We can usually get some discounts from them when we have big orders. Of course, the prices of raw materials are also affected by the international market. But in general, we can control our cost well.
Do you offer import registration document?
Yes, we do. Please check with your local sanitary department and get the registration checklist. We can provide files as per demands.
