SOFTGEL CAPSULE TYPES
Right now, we can make pure oil vegetarian softgel as well as powder with oil vegetarian softgel. We could not make enteric coated for vegetarian softgel now. However, we are doing researches on this project now.
For our gelatin Softgel technology, we can arrange pure oil formulae, mixture formulae with powder and oil, the powder content can be 45-65% depending on the powder characteristics.
When clients want to print some letters and logos on the softgel shell, it could be arranged. Double colors softgel shell can be arranged too.

Private label softgel supplements are manufactured into following parts: Labels Designing, Research & Development Technical Services, Sampling, Production, Quality Control Laboratory Services.
Label Designing Part:
A dedicated experienced design team will provide a set of OEM label designs catering for customers brand image building such as packing design and logo design.
Research & Development Technical Services:
Every product is unique and has its own set of characteristics that need to be evaluated. It is essential to have our R&D in the beginning of the process for product development. Our team’s approach is meticulous, and each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.
PAG R&D department work on clients’ demands, we have a database with more than 1000 formulas with different series and functions. There are 8 product managers working on formulations.
Sampling Part:
Based on the intended formula asked by clients, the sampling department will do samples, usually requiring 7 to 10 working days to proceed. The sampling department from PAG provides the evaluation of sample costs depending on the complexity of the formulation. However, PAG decides to offer free charged samples to our customers in most of cases.
Production Part:
High-capacity automatic and semi-automatic encapsulation machines are applied to manufacture hard capsules. More than 10 million hard capsules can be delivered per shift. By utilizing the most advanced technical equipment (e.g. V-Shape mixer, double cones / double ribbons / paddle mixing equipment), making it easier way to mix and weight high-volume capsules

Can we arrange a factory tour now?
You are warmly welcomed to visit our factories. PAG’s customer service center is in Shenzhen, China, located in the warm southern area of China, very close to Hongkong. It takes 2 hours flight to our factory in China. We have specialists can guide you to do factory tour in China.
If you’d like to visit the Germany facility and USA facility, we will arrange it too.
What is your MOQ?
For softgel capsule product, the MOQ is 100,000 caps based on the formulas. Some formulas may ask for higher or lower MOQ because of the raw materials or production demand.
What is the delivery time for softgel capsule product?
The delivery time is 4-6 weeks after the sample and package are confirmed by customers.
We have 12 softgel production lines to produce gelatin softgel and vegan softgel.
Can you make samples? do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we can. We can make the samples accordingly to the formula, color and flavor demand.
Most of the time the samples are free, and customers pay for shipping fee to their addresses.
Can I provide my own formula?
Yes, you can. PAG R&D and product manager will work on your own formulas.
Do you provide drop shipping services?
No, we don’t have this service yet.
What are your payment terms?

If I have no logo and no label, can you help me to design one?
Yes, we can. We have a dedicated designer team to do it.
What if there is product quality complains?
We have quality complain feedback process, and if there is a quality problem, we will take the responsibility.
Do you ever have product recall?
For softgel capsule product, we don’t have product recall yet.
Do you have price advantage?
Yes, we do. As most raw materials are from China, and we have good cooperation with most of raw material suppliers. We can usually get some discounts from them when we have big orders. Of course, the prices of raw materials are also affected by the international market. But in general, we can control our cost pretty well.
Do you offer import registration document?
Yes, we do. Please check with your local sanitary department and get the registration checklist. We can provide files as per demands.
