Active ingredients
PAG study the characteristics of active ingredients as well as the moisture, the active, the temperature tolerance, the possible wastage and so on, so that we will know what inactive ingredients and production process needed to keep it stable in the formulas.
Inactive ingredients for product stability
What kind of inactive ingredients been chosen, if we don’t pay attention to this, we may not get a stable and well disintegrated tablet. And the activeness of the main ingredients may be affected. Our R&D product managers have more than 100 years experiences and can support on this. PAG ever made a formula with more than 50 ingredients.
Colorants limitation and local test demand
Almost in every country, there is the regulation about the colorants amount limit. We will follow it to make a safe product.
Production environment

Private label tablets supplements are manufactured into following parts: Labels Designing, Research & Development Technical Services, Sampling, Production, Quality Control Laboratory Services.
Label Designing Part:
PAG designer team will submit a package of OEM labels design catering to clients’ brand image development, such as packing design and logo design if needed.
Research & Development Technical Services:
Every product is unique and has its own set of characteristics that need to be evaluated. It is essential to have our staffs in the beginning of the process for product development. Our team’s approach is meticulous, and each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.
PAG R&D department work on clients’ demands, we have a database with more than 1000 formulas with different series and functions. We have 8 product managers working on formulations.
Sampling Part:
Based on the intended formula asked by clients, the sampling department will make samples, usually requiring 7 to 10 working days to proceed. The sampling department from PAG provides the evaluation of sampling costs depending on the complexity of the formulation. However, PAG decides to offer free charged samples to our customers in most of cases.
Production Part:
Raw material weighing, mixing, tablet pressing, coating, tablet selection, testing, packaging and storage.
Quality Control Laboratory Services
We provide a complete quality control service to our customers with our own laboratories, one dedicated to method development, optimization, and verification. We offer the following testing services and capabilities:

Can we arrange a factory tour now?
You are warmly welcomed to visit our factories. PAG’s customer service center is in Shenzhen, China, located in the warm southern area of China, very close to Hongkong. It takes 2 hours flight to our factory in China. We have specialists can guide you to do factory tour in China.
If you’d like to visit the Germany facility and USA facility, we will arrange it too.
What is your MOQ?
For tablet product, the MOQ is 100,000 pieces based on the formulas. Some formulas may ask for higher or lower MOQ because of the raw materials or production demand.
What is the delivery time for tablet product?
The delivery time is 4-6 weeks after the sample and package are confirmed by customers.
Can you make samples? do you offer free shipping?
At PAG, we always aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. If you have a specific request for a certain flavor or color of product, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. In most cases, we are able to provide samples free of charge. However, customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the samples delivered to their addresses. We hope that this policy is satisfactory and that you will give our products a try. Thank you for your interest.
Can I provide my own formula?
Yes, you can. Your own formula will be developed by PAG R&D and the product manager, and it will become a finished product.
Do you provide drop shipping services?
No, we don’t have this service yet.
What are your payment terms?

If I have no logo and no label, can you help me to design one?
Yes, we can. We have a dedicated designer team to do it.
What if there is product quality complains?
We have a thorough complaint feedback procedure in place, and if there is a quality issue, we will take the responsibility.
Do you ever have product recall?
For tablet product, we don’t have product recall yet.
Do you have price advantage?
Yes, we do. As most raw materials are from China, and we have good cooperation with most of raw material suppliers. We can usually get some discounts from them when we have big orders. Of course, the prices of raw materials are also affected by the international market. But in general, we can control our cost pretty well.
Do you offer import registration document?
Yes, we do. Please check with your local sanitary department and get the registration checklist. We can provide files as per demands.
